CareLink Logistics Group LLC provides:

• Same-day courier services
• Medical, legal, and business deliveries
• Scheduled and on-demand logistics support

2. Service Terms

• All deliveries are subject to availability
• Accurate information must be provided at time of booking
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is based on distance, urgency, and service type

• Additional fees may apply for:

  • Rush service
  • After-hours deliveries
  • Wait time
  • Multiple stops

Payment is due as agreed prior to or upon completion of service.

4. Package Requirements

Clients must ensure:

• Proper packaging
• Accurate labeling
• Legal contents

CareLink reserves the right to refuse unsafe or prohibited items.

5. Liability

CareLink is not responsible for:

• Improperly packaged items
• Delays beyond reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential damages

Limited liability may apply based on service type.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges
• No-shows may be billed in full
• Refunds are evaluated case-by-case

7. Independent Contractors

CareLink utilizes independent contractors to perform delivery services.

All contractors are expected to meet company standards for professionalism and compliance.

8. Confidentiality

All deliveries are handled with discretion and care.

Drivers are expected to maintain confidentiality at all times.

9. Right to Refuse Service

CareLink reserves the right to refuse service for:

• Unsafe conditions
• Illegal materials
• Non-compliant requests

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
